alright, thanks, I think I might do this through March. :D I’ve got diets set up from now to the end of Feb. to keep me on track.
I think I’ll take up a normal diet by Sunday, but I really need to do this for now.
breakfast -
1 cup skim milk [90 calories]
lunch -
1 cup skim milk [90 calories]
dinner -
salad with turkey [about 2 servings of turkey, no more than 100 calories]
snacks -
light n fit banana yogurt [80 calories]
medium apple [55 calories]
medium banana [95 calories]
a bite of spaghetti [not sure, I’d say 50 calories]
total - 560 calories.
I felt a little sick after eating the turkey. Maybe too much dairy? Or maybe too much food at the same time after a mini fast? :\
I hate it when girls talk about starving themselves and have icons of muscular girls.
If you want to fast, that’s okay, but if you think you’ll end up like the girl in your icon, think again.
